At RE'14, you can participate in six competitions, winning a Sony Xperia Z tablet. Below you find more information on the individual competitions. The Student Awards will be handed out during the conference dinner on August 28, 2014.
Participant requirements and competition rules:
- Participants must be students or PhD candidates (show proof on request) and visit RE'14.
- Participants can send in contributions to as many competitions they like, but can only win the price in one category.
- Winners must be present at the conference dinner to receive the Student Award.

Competition 1: Most re-tweeted Tweet before the Early-Bird Deadline
Write on what your are expecting at RE'14! Are you going to present a paper, attending an interesting tutorial or workshop? Let your colleagues know!
Deadline: Re-tweets will be counted at 8am (CET), Tuesday, July 15, 2014.

Competition 2: Best Photo in Social Media
Give it a shot! Publish on twitter, facebook, google+, etc. your best photo that captures this years' theme: Innovation in and through Requirements Engineering.
Deadline: 8am (CET), Thursday, August 28, 2014.
Submit via: Sprend to the Interaction Co-Chair. Don't forget to add in the message: 1) Subject: "Competition 2", 2) your contact information, and 3) the link to the social media where the picture has been published.

Competition 3: Best Video in Social Media
Keep it crisp and informative. Publish on twitter, facebook, google+, youtube etc. a video that captures what you think is the most interesting and impressive aspect of RE'14.

Get inspired by talking to industry representatives at RE'14 and outline an idea that is novel and has the potential to contribute to industry practice.

Competition 6: Best Dinner Speech
Prepare a short talk on Requirements Engineering and Innovation and share your thoughts to the great audience at the conference dinner!
